Five phases. No guesswork, no surprises.
Every project — website, app, or AI integration — runs through the same structure. You always know what's happening, what we need from you, and what you'll have at the end of each phase.
Discovery
Typically 1–2 weeksWhat we do
We learn how your business actually runs — booking patterns, busy seasons, current pain points, and what's costing you leads or hours today. This includes a working session with your team and a review of any existing site, tools, or systems.
What you provide
Access to existing accounts (website, GBP, analytics if available), a short list of must-haves, and roughly an hour of your team's time for a discovery call.
Plan & Design
Typically 2–3 weeksWhat we do
Sitemap, content structure, and visual design — all confirmed with you before a single line of code is written. For apps and AI tools, this phase also covers workflow mapping and system architecture.
What you provide
Brand assets if you have them (logo, colors, photos), feedback on design drafts within an agreed turnaround, and sign-off before we move to build.
Build
Varies by project scopeWhat we do
Development against the approved plan, with scheduled progress check-ins so nothing arrives as a surprise. You'll see staged previews, not just a final reveal at the end.
What you provide
Final content (copy, menus, service lists, pricing) by the agreed deadline, and timely feedback at each check-in so the schedule holds.
Launch
Typically 1 weekWhat we do
Full QA across desktop, tablet, and mobile, SEO setup (schema, sitemap, Search Console), domain and hosting configuration, and a guided handover session so your team knows how to manage the site day to day.
What you provide
Domain and hosting access (or a decision on a new host), and attendance at the handover walkthrough.
Grow
OngoingWhat we do
Ongoing SEO, content, and support — plus AI automation added in as the business is ready for it. Launch is the start of the relationship, not the end of it.
What you provide
Whatever cadence works for you — monthly check-ins, quarterly reviews, or an as-needed arrangement.
