Matrix Giant is based in Mississauga, Ontario. We build websites, applications, and AI-powered tools for service businesses across Canada and the United States — the kind of businesses that run on bookings, jobs, and client visits, not abstractions.
We got tired of watching good businesses get represented badly online.
Matrix Giant started the way most honest studios do — by noticing the same problem repeatedly. A restaurant doing great food and terrible online ordering. A trucking company with a fleet full of work and a website that hadn't been touched since it launched. An accounting firm whose actual expertise never came through on their homepage.
These weren't failing businesses. They were good businesses being represented by a website that hadn't kept up with them. So we built a studio specifically to close that gap — for the kinds of businesses that keep day-to-day life running: restaurants, clinics, garages, contractors, and the professional firms that support them.
That focus is still the whole point. We're not trying to be a generic agency that does a bit of everything for everyone. We're trying to be the team that genuinely understands how a service business operates, and builds technology around that reality.
